Soil: Sandy Climate: Mediterranean Vinification: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with prolonged skin maceration. Aged for 4 months in French and American oak half-barrels. Recommended for 5 years. Tasting notes: Ruby-colored wine, concentrated, rich in good-quality tannins, very complex, with aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits, very well combined with the wood that gives it a touch of vanilla. Persistent and long finish. Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
