Sino Grande Tinto – Regional Península de Setúbal Grape Varieties: 50% Castelão, 20% Touriga Nacional, 20% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon Harvest: End of September Origin: Vineyard located in Fernando Pó, a privileged area of the Palmela municipality. Soil: Sandy Climate: Mediterranean Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and prolonged skin maceration. Aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels. Recommended aging for 5 years. Tasting Notes: Ruby-colored wine, concentrated, rich in good quality tannins, very complex, with aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits, very well combined with the wood which gives it a touch of vanilla. Persistent and long finish. Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
