Pinot Grigio 2022 Italy 

The grapes are vinified as a white wine, thanks to a soft pressing carried out immediately after their arrival at the winery. The must is cooled to 10 °C (50 °F) so that it becomes naturally clear; the alcoholic fermentation is then triggered off with the addition of selected yeasts and is maintained at a temperature of 16 - 18 °C (61 - 64 °F).

A combination of lifted floral and orange blossom aromas, with a lively palate of rose water, fruit sweetness, good acidity and a touch of spritz.

Chille 2021

Discover this Chilean red wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Nebbiolo grapes in the Rapel valley region of Chile. Low in acidy but with firm tannins allows for a longer finish. Aged in French oak barrels for 12-14 months brings a level of complexity and structure to the wine, which is indicative of the vineyards longevity.
