Parmigiano Reggiano is a hard Italian cheese made out of cow's milk and is produced only in provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Mantua or Bologna. The one that we carry has been aged for 24 months and presents a rich and nutty flavour. This cheese pairs very well with prosciutto, balsamic vinegar, figs, pears and dry or sparkling white wines.
