Salame Cacciatorino is a small, soft salami with a sweet, full flavour and a spicy fragrance. Its name comes from an old tradition that says it was a favourite food of hunters who carried them on hunts, along with bread, as a food that was particularly suited to their sport. This meat goes well with good bread, cheese or simply on its own.
