Black Bush is a Premium Blend from the Bushmills stable, which differs from the basic White Label edition by the fact that it contains as much as about 75% of malt whiskey in its composition. The alcohol is triple distilled, and the entire production process, i.e. distilling, blending, maturation and bottling, takes place in one place. Black Bush whiskey is a combination of distillates matured in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks, some of which are up to 11 years old. Nose: Clear oak, spices and melon followed by coconut and cedar. Taste: Rich, fruity and ripe, fruit cake and caramels. Finish: Creamy and long.
