Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 is the most popular American whiskey produced since 1866. Its unique taste is due to almost ten days of filtration of the distillate through a 3-meter layer of maple charcoal. In the next stage of production, it is aged in hand-made oak barrels for a period of four to six years, after which the ready liquor is poured into characteristic square bottles. This process gives the product an extremely smooth and slightly sweet taste with noticeable notes of charcoal smoke. Jack Daniel's No. 7 has won many prestigious awards and distinctions, which confirms its quality and excellent taste. Nose: Carbony, with caramelized sugar and felt. Eucalyptus wood burning under the grate. Taste: Fairly sweet and clean, with hints of vanilla and sponge cake with marmalade, but young and strong underneath. Finish: A touch of sweet spice and balancing bitterness.
